Multihead Cutting System

In this difficult period of crisis and low demand, Cutting Trading proposes on the market a new multipurpose product, the fruit of the company’s research and development carried out by means of inner resources: the Multihead Cutting System.

This machine is our answer to the needs of a market bracket requiring high productivity and orthogonal/rhomboidal geometries. The philosophy of MCS is based on modularity allowing us to meet the final user’s requirements in a rapid and efficient way. The basic technical features of the machine are:

Multi-head, the number of cutting heads that can be assembled to the machine ranges from a minimum of three up to a maximum that can be customizable. The basic version of the machine is provided with blade cutting heads. The cutting head positioning is automatic as is their connection/disconnection.

Useful height from 1000 [mm] (MCS 1000) to 3500 [mm] (MCS 3500).

Roll feed or large roll feed.

Cross cutting with programmable dimension (in the blade basic version).

Hybrid technology, brushless/asynchronous motors.

Owner software management allowing for the entry of a cutting program of the loaded roll.

The software was conceived for an easy and functional use (user-friendly software) in order to increase the working process efficiency as well as productivity by minimizing human errors and therefore guaranteeing security.

Useful sensor and diagnosis system able to drastically reduce standstills.

Remote control allowing the technical assistance service to give clear and precise answers in a short time.

The record implementation makes it possible to manage production orders, real time check of the components themselves and daily production information.
