Belt cradle E-25 is conceived to carry out very fast changes of cloth rolls; after roll loading, the machine is ready to feed your automatic cutting for a single sheet dieless cutting,with no need of any bar to be inserted in the cloth roll. This machine is the right answer to the steady demand for the recovery of load time.

This electronic feed cradle allows for the automation in fabric feed, thus reducing handling time. As the loading point is lower than the spreading table board , this allows for a very fast loading both of the lightest and the heaviest cloth rolls.

This belt feed cradle can be interfaced with any automatic cutting brand and model and, by working in “tension control” mode it can be applied also without being interfaced to the cutting machine.

The fabric spreading is always homogeneous and adjustable according on the fabric elasticity.

The machine can obviously spread the fabric rolled both ways, right and left.

The automatic fabric alignment reduces the operator controls on the cutting line.
